Job Summary

Install Warranty Technician is responsible for working with Install clients that have warranty issues arise from time to time. 

 Duties & Responsibilities

• Inform customers of all special promotions. 
• Refine communication skills and improve customer satisfaction processes. 
• Participate in training as requested.
• Keep appointments with customers as scheduled. 
• Must demonstrate field level application of knowledge and skills attained from all training provided.

 REQUIRED sKILLS AND Desired skills

• Superior troubleshooting/diagnostic and repair skills for residential & light commercial equipment
• Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home 
• NATE and EPA Certification is a PLUS
• Ability to use Company-furnished technology
• Valid driver’s license 
• Detailed and Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed 
• Excellent customer service skills 
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Good writing skills

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC preferred
• 5+ years’ experience retail sales

Physical Demands: 

• Physical Demands: 
  • Must be physically able to lift, lower, push, and pull objects of up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and crouch for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to handle and climb ladders and to be able to navigate roof tops and tight spaces

  • While performing the duties of this job, the Warranty Technician will be exposed to:

• Varies weather conditions, dust/debris, and confining areas of a home for short period of time

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday; Starting time varies from 8:00AM – 6:30PM
